Note: We do not book hotels for participants. Rooms in call-in-allotment are blocked for the participants in these hotels. The call-in-allotments expire usually one to one and a half months before the event. When booking from these allotments please mention the code EES10-03.  The prices are approximate, you need to check with the hotel for the exact prices.
