Registration Fees (includes admission, course materials, meals and coffee breaks):

Confirmation and Payment
Registration will be on a first-come first-served basis. Your place can only be confirmed after payment of the registration fee.
There is a selection regarding abstracts for oral presentation but this does not affect the participation in the meeting.
We accept international bank transfers up to 8 weeks before the conference starts, after which we only accept credit card payments and ELV transfers (German bank transfers) made via our online payment system.
If you have applied for a fee waiver (when submitting your abstract) you still need to pay your registration fee in order to be confirmed as attending the meeting and entering the selection for the fee waivers. Should you receive the fee waiver, your registration fee will be reimbursed to you after the meeting.
NO visa letters will be issued until payment of the registration fee is confirmed.
Press Passes
EMBL will make a limited number of complimentary press passes available to accredited journalists for each conference. If you are a journalist applying for a press pass you will be informed about the status of your application 2-3 weeks after the registration deadline. If you do not receive a complimentary press pass, you will still be able to finalise your registration with an online payment. Apply for a complimentary press pass.
