EMBL Courses and Conferences during the Coronavirus pandemic
With the onsite programme paused, many of our events are now being offered in virtual formats.
Registration is open as usual for many events, with back-up plans in place to move further courses and conferences online as necessary. Registration fees for any events affected by the COVID-19 disruption are fully refundable.

Registration and Payment
Registration and payment deadline: Tuesday 06 October 2015
We only accept online registrations.
Registration Fees (includes admission, course materials, meals and coffee breaks):

Participants are expected to book and pay their own accommodation and travel expenses.
Confirmation and Payment
Registration will be on a first-come first-served basis. Your place can only be confirmed after payment of the registration fee.
We accept international bank transfers up to 8 weeks before the conference starts, after which we will only accept credit card payments made via our online payment system.
NO visa support letters will be issued until payment of the registration fee is confirmed.
Accredited journalists may be eligible to register for a reduced press rate. Registrants will be required to provide accreditation or equivalent proof of press membership after registration. Acceptance of press registration is granted at EMBL's discretion. If your application for a reduced press rate is not accepted, you will still be able to finalise your registration at the academic rate with an online payment.
